Dr. Hadiya Sewer is a philosopher, business strategist, and community leader from St. John, U.S. Virgin Islands. She is the Founder of The Ouroboros House, a boutique consultancy and design firm. She is also the President and Co-Founder of St. JanCo: The St. John Heritage Collective, a land rights and cultural heritage preservation nonprofit, and a founding member of the Virgin Islands Studies Collective. Dr. Sewer serves as the Environment & Democracy Cross-Territorial Fellow at Right to Democracy, where she advances collaborative, democracy-building initiatives across U.S. island territories. She blends strategy and social impact to help leaders and institutions curate ethical, purpose-driven growth. Available for speaking engagements and advisory work.
